AgentReady is structured data for Shopify stores. It audits what machines can read, writes missing structured data from real store facts, publishes after merchant approval, verifies its own output on the live storefront, and monitors it for drift.

## What AgentReady does

- Audits what machines can and cannot read on a Shopify storefront.
- Prepares Schema.org structured data and other Shopify-owned fixes from confirmed store facts.
- Publishes only after explicit merchant approval, then verifies its own output on the live storefront.
- Monitors published structured data for drift as the store changes.
- Ships AI discovery files (llms.txt and agents.md) and catalog-quality checks.
- Imports, moderates, and shows customer reviews on the Shopify storefront. The first paint is server-rendered from metafields with zero JavaScript. Storefront display, import, moderation, and export are free. Ratings flow into agents.md, llms.txt, and the catalog feed on paid plans.

## Research previews (not currently sold)

- AI answer monitoring (dated research preview, July 2026): observes sampled assistant answers with run dates and denominators. Limited to approved research stores.
- AI content engine (dated research preview, July 2026): drafts store-grounded content, publishes only after approval, and reports Search Console impressions and clicks since a change without claiming causation. Limited to approved research stores.

## Important constraints

- AgentReady measures visibility; it does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue.
- A generated fix is not the same as a live fix. Storefront delivery and later observation are separate states.
- Merchant changes require approval. The workspace MCP and Sidekick data surfaces are read-only unless the merchant opens a separate confirmation flow.
- This marketing domain does not sell physical goods and does not expose a shopping cart or UCP checkout.
- llms.txt and agents.md are discovery hygiene, not proven ranking factors.
