It audits what machines can read, writes missing structured data from real store facts, publishes after merchant approval, verifies its own output on the live storefront, and monitors it for drift. ## What AgentReady does

**Structured data for Shopify** is the product. It prepares Schema.org JSON-LD from confirmed catalog and policy facts, ships discovery-file hygiene (llms.txt and agents.md), scores readiness, and tracks AI crawlers. Publication happens only after merchant approval, and generation is separate from storefront observation: AgentReady verifies its own output on the live storefront and re-checks it for drift. Catalog tools can probe Global Catalog eligibility and competitive context.

**AI answer monitoring** is a dated research preview (July 2026). It observes sampled assistant answers and preserves variance-honest evidence with dates and denominators. Availability is limited to approved research stores; it is not currently sold as a product.

**The AI content engine** is a dated research preview (July 2026). It drafts store-grounded blog posts, publishes to a Shopify blog only after approval, and reports impressions and clicks in Search Console since a change (never as proof of causation). Publishing runs only on approved research stores; it is not currently sold as a product.

The governing question is: "Does AgentReady help a website understand and improve its rankings in AI search?" Each topic project preserves the Understand -> Plan -> Do -> Publish -> Measure record. Development stores are Shopify execution harnesses, never product-learning, strategy, scoring, recommendation, or visual truth.

There is no theme code to edit and no storefront JavaScript. AgentReady runs as a Shopify theme app embed and removes cleanly on uninstall.

The audit and dashboard are free.
