Blocked terms (brand-safe content)
Stop AI drafts and publishes from using words you cannot legally or brand-safely print: competitor names, trademarked models, and similar.
Some stores cannot mention certain brand or product names in content: trademarks you do not own, competitor models, or legal restrictions. Blocked terms is the setting that keeps those words out of AgentReady-generated content.
Open Settings → Brand & identity and add terms in the Blocked terms field (type a word and press Enter). Matching ignores case, spaces, and punctuation, so “Ray-Ban”, “ray ban”, and “RayBan” all match a term of “rayban”.
How enforcement works
- When AI writes a draft, any hit triggers one automatic rewrite with the blocked terms stated as a hard rule. If the rewrite still contains a blocked term, the draft is refused with a clear reason. Nothing is saved as ready to publish.
- Publish is fail-closed: if a draft somehow still contains a blocked term, publish stops and the post never reaches your live blog.
