What free does not buy

It does not buy live, self-serve review-request volume. That path is a supervised pilot. Shoppers can write a review from the product page; those rows arrive unverified and pending. It does not buy stars on collection templates, question boards, or video on the storefront.

Why the free tier exists

The library has to be yours even if you never pay. Otherwise "import your history" is an acquisition trap. Export is documented in Your reviews are yours and the export doc.

No. Review-request sending is a supervised collection pilot. It is not an unlimited email product. Judge.me, Okendo, and Loox still lead on live collection email.

If I leave, do I keep the reviews?

Yes. Export is always free. Photos already live in your Shopify Files.
