CSV export is always free. The file is yours: every review state, product reference, reply, photo reference, and decrypted reviewer email for the signed-in store.
The argument is Your reviews are yours. Re-import: CSV.
1. Export reviews
In Reviews, leave the filters blank to download every review. Or filter by status, reviewed-at date range, product handle, and source. The filename names the filters you chose. An empty library still downloads a header-only file.
Status options are pending, published, unpublished, and archived. Source options follow how the review arrived: Judge.me, Okendo, Loox, CSV, added by hand, or AgentReady.
2. The 25 columns
id, subject_type, product_gid, product_handle, variant_gid, rating, title, body, author_name, author_email, country_code, locale, status, verification, incentivized, source, source_external_id, source_status, merchant_reply, reviewed_at, replied_at, moderated_at, created_at, updated_at, media_json.
media_json holds photo references after re-hosting. source_status is what the previous app said. status is AgentReady's own moderation verdict. They are kept apart on purpose so a round trip does not rewrite Judge.me's rejection as AgentReady's.
3. No lock-in
Leave when you want. Photos already live in Shopify Files. The CSV is a portability artifact, not a storefront payload.
Export the full library, or a filtered copy. Status, source, and replies stay in their own columns so a round trip does not rewrite the previous app's rejection as AgentReady's.
A completed import can be undone from Reviews with Revert this import. That deletes that import's reviews and their hosted photos, refreshes snapshots, keeps the receipt, and lets you import the same file again.
