Photo URLs in a Judge.me, Okendo, Loox, or CSV export are not left pointing at the old app. AgentReady fetches them and stores copies in your Shopify Files. If you leave, the files stay in the store.
Why that matters: Photo reviews that survive a migration. Import steps: Loox and CSV.
1. Import as usual
Photos come through image_urls, picture_urls, images, photo_url, or photos. Up to ten media URLs per review. Video is not shown on the storefront in this release.
2. Re-hosting
On import, AgentReady copies each reachable image into Shopify Files and stores the Files reference on the review. The storefront block renders those copies. A later export writes the references in media_json.
3. Hide a photo
Open the review in Reviews. Hide any photo. The review can stay published with the remaining images, or with none.
4. What does not happen
AgentReady does not keep serving photos from Judge.me, Okendo, or Loox after import. If a URL is dead at import time, that image is skipped rather than invented.
