The Reviews workspace is the library. You publish, unpublish, and reply as a store response. That work is free. It does not wait on a paid plan.
The narrative version is Moderation, replies, and the rows a previous app rejected. Import first: CSV.
1. Open Reviews
In AgentReady, open Reviews. Each row shows rating, product, author, status, and whether the source marked it verified.
Search the queue by title, review text, author, or product handle. Filter by rating, source, photos, and verified purchase. Sort by newest, oldest, highest, lowest, or most recently replied.
2. Add, edit, and delete
Add a review by hand when a shopper wrote in another channel. Edit imported rows. Delete a row you do not want in the library. Collected shopper reviews are not rewritten here; you publish, unpublish, or delete.
Storefront submissions from the write a review form land in pending, unverified.
3. Publish and unpublish
Approved reviews can appear on the storefront blocks. Unpublished reviews stay in the library. They do not render in Liquid, and they do not enter AggregateRating.
4. Source-rejected rows
A review a previous app rejected, hid, or marked spam arrives unpublished. AgentReady does not second-guess the old app on import. You open the row and decide.
5. Public replies
Reply in public as a store response. The reply is stored with the review, exported in merchant_reply, and shown on the storefront when the review is published.
6. Photos
Imported photos are re-hosted into your Shopify Files. Hide a photo from the row without deleting the review. See customer photos.
What AI agents see
Only approved, published reviews are in the first-paint snapshot. Unpublished rows, including inherited rejections, are invisible to a fetcher. That is the point of moderation.
