Okendo still leads on attribute ratings, surveys, and collection emails. AgentReady Reviews is the library you import, moderate, and show in HTML that AI agents can read. This page is the export-to-import path.
See Moving from Okendo to AgentReady Reviews for what you give up. Photos explains re-hosting.
1. Export from Okendo
In Okendo, export reviews to CSV. Keep a copy. Leave Okendo installed until you have verified counts on a few products.
2. What columns carry over
AgentReady fingerprints an Okendo file when the header includes dateCreated, isVerifiedBuyer, or okendoReviewImportStatus. These fields map when present:
- Stars, title, and body
- Reviewer name and email
dateCreatedas the review date- Product id or handle
- Verified-buyer badges
- Public replies
- Photo URLs, re-hosted into your own Shopify Files
Okendo attribute ratings, custom questions, and collection emails do not map one-to-one. Those stay better in Okendo.
3. Source-rejected rows arrive unpublished
A row Okendo rejected or held back arrives unpublished. Duplicate-safe re-imports skip a review that is already stored.
4. Unmatched products
Rows that do not match a live product go to the repair queue. They are not discarded. Fix the product reference and import again.
5. Limits
25 MB and 50,000 rows per file.
Check a CSV header row
Paste the first line of an export. This uses the same header fingerprints as the importer: Okendo, Judge.me, Loox, or generic.
Nothing to check until you paste a header.
