AgentReady Reviews vs Okendo (2026): Suite Platform or AEO Ratings?

AgentReady Reviews vs Okendo (2026): Suite Platform or AEO Ratings?

Okendo is a marketing platform that starts with reviews. We build AgentReady Reviews, so read this with that bias in view. Where Okendo is stronger as a suite, we say so plainly.

The short version

Okendo is a real platform suite: attribute-rich reviews plus quizzes, referrals, surveys, and loyalty, with published plans from about $19 through higher tiers up to around $499 depending on volume and features. AgentReady Reviews is not trying to replace that suite. It is aimed at answer engine optimization: helping AI assistants read and cite your ratings, a job Okendo (like every major review incumbent) does not treat as the product center of gravity. Pick Okendo when you are buying a reviews-led marketing stack. Look at AgentReady Reviews when the gap you measured is machine readability for AI answers.

What Okendo does well

  • It is a suite, not a checkbox. Attribute ratings (fit, quality, value, and custom questions) produce data thinner review apps simply do not collect. Quizzes, referrals, surveys, and loyalty sit beside reviews instead of living in three other subscriptions.
  • Substance in the review itself. Longer, structured feedback is better raw material for both humans and any downstream system that reads review content, including the Okendo + AgentReady structured-data pairing many stores already use.
  • A serious App Store track record. Okendo holds a strong rating across a large review count, and it competes at the platform end of the market rather than only at "stars on the page."
  • Published pricing that scales with the suite. Essential starts near $19; higher Growth and Power-style tiers climb with order volume and gated integrations, with top published tiers reaching around $499. Budget honestly for the tier that includes the features you will actually use.

If you would otherwise stitch a quiz app, a referral app, and a review app together, Okendo's platform math is often better than any single-purpose tool, including ours on that axis.

Where AgentReady Reviews plays a different game

Okendo invests in collection quality, attributes, and Google-oriented review syndication. That is the industry pattern: optimize reviews for Google rich snippets and merchant marketing. None of the major incumbents, Okendo included, optimize primarily for whether an AI answer engine can read and cite a store's ratings when review UI is widget-delivered.

That single differentiator is AgentReady Reviews' lane: AEO for ratings. Stated once, honestly. It is not a claim that Okendo's attribute reviews are weak, and it is not a claim that Okendo's suite is unnecessary. The honest recommendation

Choose Okendo when reviews are the front door to a broader retention and research stack, and you will use the attributes and adjacent products. Choose AgentReady Reviews when the problem you can demonstrate is that assistants cannot see or cite ratings that humans can. Plenty of stores should keep Okendo for collection and pair honest structured delivery for machines rather than ripping out a suite that is working. If you migrate, move reviews carefully and keep one schema owner.

Run the AI-readiness checker on a well-reviewed product before you change anything. And ask us if you want a blunt "stay on Okendo" read for your catalog size and tool stack.
