AgentReady

Review migration checklist

Export, import, verify counts, remove old markup, run the ownership check, place blocks, then publish the theme.

Last updated 2026-09-01

Do this before you uninstall Judge.me, Okendo, Loox, or another review app. The goal is one library, one markup owner, and reviews still on the storefront.

Imports: Judge.me, Okendo, Loox. Ownership: rich results.

1. Export from the old app

Download the vendor CSV and keep it. If the old app also has an export of photos, keep that too. AgentReady's own export is always available later, as the full library or filtered by status, reviewed-at date range, product handle, and source. The filename names the filters you chose: export.

2. Import into AgentReady

Import the file. Confirm duplicate-safe behavior on a second pass: counts should not double. Source-rejected rows should sit unpublished.

If the import is wrong, revert that completed batch with Revert this import. That deletes that import's reviews and their hosted photos, refreshes snapshots, keeps the receipt, and lets you import the same file again.

3. Verify counts

Pick three products with known review totals. Compare the old app, the CSV, and AgentReady. Repair unmatched products before you continue.

4. Remove old markup

Turn off the old app's review widgets and any review schema it emits. Two AggregateRating blocks on one page is the failure mode.

5. Run the ownership check

In Reviews, run the check. Activate AgentReady markup only from Clear to activate. If the state is competing, find the leftover snippet first.

6. Place the three blocks

Add Product review stars, Product review list, and All store reviews. Save. Confirm first paint with JavaScript disabled: the initial reviews should still be there. See getting started.

7. Publish the theme

Publish the theme only after the preview is correct. Then uninstall the old app.

What AI agents see

After this checklist, a fetcher should see one review story: HTML from metafields, and AggregateRating only if you opted in with a clear check.
