Loox still leads on photo-first widgets, referral units, and collection emails. AgentReady Reviews is for a library that paints in the first HTML response. This page is how to move the history.

1. Export from Loox
Export your Loox reviews to CSV and keep the file. Do not uninstall Loox until sample products show the same counts in AgentReady.
2. What columns carry over
AgentReady fingerprints a Loox file when the header includes photo_url, display_name, or both order_id and review. These fields map when present:
- Stars and review text
- Display name
- Dates
- Product references
- Photo URLs (re-hosted into Shopify Files)
- Replies, when the export includes them
- Verified fields, when the export includes them
Loox carousels, video, and referral widgets do not come across.
3. Source-rejected rows arrive unpublished
Rejected or hidden Loox rows import unpublished. Re-imports are duplicate-safe.
4. Unmatched products
Unmatched product references land in the repair queue. Store-level Loox rows that are not tied to a product stay store reviews.
5. Limits
25 MB and 50,000 rows per file.

Paste the first line of an export. This uses the same header fingerprints as the importer: Okendo, Judge.me, Loox, or generic.
