If you need a review-request machine that runs every order on autopilot, you already know the names: Judge.me, Okendo, Loox. AgentReady is not pretending to be that machine.
Collection at AgentReady is a supervised pilot. A merchant is in the loop. Sends are not an unlimited background job. That is the honest status, and it is the status we will keep using until it changes.
What you control
Who is asked. When. The copy you approve. Nothing in this pilot is "set it and forget it." If a send happens, you knew about the setup.
What you should not expect
Unlimited request volume. Stars on collection templates. Question boards. Video requests. Those remain with the incumbents, which we already said in Judge.me, Okendo, and Loox.
Shoppers can already write a review from the product page. That storefront form is live. Sending request emails remains a supervised collection pilot.
What ships without the pilot
Import, moderation, storefront blocks, export, first-paint HTML. That library is live and free to operate. Start at getting started or AgentReady Reviews.
The positioning remains: reviews natively readable by AI agents, free by default. Collection email is a different product, still on a pilot leash. What free means draws that line in one place.
