Okendo is good at asking for reviews. AgentReady Reviews is built to show the ones you already have in HTML a fetcher can read. Those are different jobs. If you need both, you can keep Okendo for collection and still import the history. If you are leaving Okendo, do not uninstall first.
The mechanical steps live in Import from Okendo. The checklist is here.
What survives the CSV
Verified-buyer flags, public replies, dates, product ids, and photo URLs when Okendo includes them. Photos are copied into your Shopify Files, which is the point of photo reviews that survive a migration.
Re-imports are duplicate-safe. Unmatched products go to a repair queue. Source-rejected rows arrive unpublished.
What stays better on Okendo
Collection emails. Attribute ratings and custom questions. Surveys. The review-request machine that already matches your brand. AgentReady's own request path is a supervised pilot, not a replacement for Okendo's send volume.
We already compared the products in AgentReady Reviews vs Okendo. This post is the move, not the scorecard.
After import
Place the three theme blocks, run the ownership check, then turn off Okendo's markup so the page has one AggregateRating. AgentReady Reviews is the sell page if you are still deciding.
