Moving from Okendo to AgentReady Reviews without losing verified badges, replies, or photos

Okendo is good at asking for reviews. AgentReady Reviews is built to show the ones you already have in HTML a fetcher can read. Those are different jobs. If you need both, you can keep Okendo for collection and still import the history. If you are leaving Okendo, do not uninstall first.

What survives the CSV

Verified-buyer flags, public replies, dates, product ids, and photo URLs when Okendo includes them. Photos are copied into your Shopify Files, which is the point of photo reviews that survive a migration.

Re-imports are duplicate-safe. Unmatched products go to a repair queue. Source-rejected rows arrive unpublished.

What stays better on Okendo

Yes, when the export includes the verified column. AgentReady fingerprints Okendo files on dateCreated, isVerifiedBuyer, and okendoReviewImportStatus.

Do merchant replies and photos transfer?

Replies transfer when the CSV has them. Photo URLs are fetched and re-hosted into your Shopify Files. Dead URLs are skipped, not invented.

Should every Okendo store switch?

No. Okendo still leads on attribute ratings, surveys, and collection emails. Switch if you want first-paint HTML and a library you moderate, not if you still need Okendo's collection stack.

What happens to reviews Okendo rejected?

They import unpublished. You decide whether they ever go live.
