Photo reviews that survive a migration: why we re-host into your own Shopify Files

A review photo that still points at Judge.me, Okendo, or Loox after you uninstall that app is a broken image waiting to happen. The fix is unglamorous: copy the file into the store.

How import treats images

The CSV aliases are image_urls, picture_urls, images, photo_url, and photos. Up to ten URLs per row. AgentReady fetches each reachable image and writes a Shopify Files copy onto the review. The storefront block renders those copies.

Dead URLs are skipped. Nothing is invented to fill a gap. Details: customer photos.

Hide without deleting

Moderation can hide one photo and leave the review published. That is the same workspace as moderation and replies.

Can I hide a photo without unpublishing the review?

Yes. Hide any photo from the review row. The rest of the review can stay live.

The always-free CSV includes media_json with the Files references.

Is video imported onto the storefront?

Video on the storefront is not in this release. Image URLs are the media path that ships.
