A free import with a paid hostage export is not a reviews product. It is a moving tax. AgentReady Reviews ships the opposite: export is on the free tier, with the fields you would need to leave.
The column list is in Export your reviews. Photos: Shopify Files.
What "full" means
Not a truncated body. Not stars without dates. Twenty-five columns including media_json, merchant_reply, reviewed_at, source_status, and source_external_id. Source status and AgentReady status are separate, so a Judge.me rejection does not come back claiming AgentReady rejected it.
Leave the filters blank for that full library. Or filter by status, reviewed-at date range, product handle, and source. The filename names the filters you chose.
Spreadsheet-formula prefixes in shopper text are neutralized so the file is safe to open.
Round trip
Re-import is a supported path. Unmatched products still get a repair receipt instead of being silently reclassified. A completed import can be undone with Revert this import: that deletes that import's reviews and their hosted photos, refreshes snapshots, keeps the receipt, and lets you import the same file again. If you are arriving from a vendor, use CSV import or the Judge.me / Okendo guides.
What free means is the commercial pairing. Photo reviews that survive a migration is the Files half. AgentReady Reviews is the product page.
